Training Classes

To ensure the success of the new customer, TitleSoft requires the customer select the training program best suited for the size of their operation factoring in cost and in-house IT expertise. The only exception to this guideline is a start-up title operation with an experienced TitleSoft user-community. Please review the below training guidelines/options and consult with your account executive as required.

TitleSoft training is an excellent value and intended to ensure a new user community ramps-up quickly. The one-day TitleSoft intensive training class prepares industry professionals with the core knowledge to manage production activities with the INTELLAclose Software Suite applications. After just one day of software training and a few days of practice, users will be very comfortable with the new software and near full speed.

One-Day INTELLAclose User Training Class Description:

This course is designed for settlement and title industry closing professionals and primarily provides instruction on the proper use of the INTELLAclose for Windows software application. Other program areas are taught remotely as required to support system implementation and ramp-up. Production areas covered include; Order Entry, Title Policies and Commitments, Settlement Document Production, HUD Data Entry, and Trust Accounting.

Note: Individuals lacking mainstream processing experience in these production areas will not benefit fully from the advanced instruction provided and should not be sent to this class.

Training Class Options:

A. Orlando Training Classes: Classes are held in Orlando, Florida to support new customer launches. The class fee is $450 per student. Orlando training is intended for customers who don’t have enough students to justify an onsite training class or for those who prefer the “train the trainer” approach. Lunch for each student is included in the class fee.

B. Customer/Onsite Training Classes: Customers desiring INTELLAclose software suite training in the relative comfort of their home office environment may arrange on-site training for $1,475/day (12 students max.) + instructor travel expenses at cost. This program is great for customers who have enough workstations and internal IT support to set-up a small training room at the main office location.*

C. Offsite Training Classes: Customers desiring INTELLAclose software suite training in their home city, but lack the required infrastructure may arrange off-site training classes for $1475/day (12 students max.) + instructor travel expenses + third-party training center premium at cost. This offering is great for the customer who would prefer paying a modest premium to avoid setting up a training room with computers to accommodate a training class and/or believe that training will be more productive for staff away from the distractions of the home office environment, yet remain in their home city.**

*When training is conducted at the customer's office facility it is CRITICAL for the success of the class that one computer is available for each two students (IDEALLY it should be 1 computer per student). A dedicated room must also be available that will facilitate a training class without distractions.

**TitleSoft will work with the customer to identify a suitable computer training facility near the customer’s main office site. This would include a nearby executive business type facility with a computer training room. TitleSoft will work with the offsite administrator to install loaner software as required to support class.
